The included bamboo lid with silicone seal keeps drinks at the perfect temperature, while the reusable straw and cleaning brush mean you're set up for sustainable sipping from day one.

Care Instructions
Bamboo lid care (for bamboo lid styles)
- No soaking. Hand wash only. Dry completely before putting it back on the cup.
- Do not leave the lid on for more than 24 hours at a time. Closed containers with no airflow can cause growth.
- We are not responsible for lids that develop mold or fuzzies due to improper care. Want low maintenance? Choose a plastic dishwasher-safe lid style.
Dishwasher guidance
- Glass cups: Top rack is usually fine, but soaps, heat, and water hardness vary. Hand wash is safest.
- Do not dishwash plastic cups or tumblers.
No vent hole note
- Our lids do not have vent holes. This does not affect suction as long as the cup is not overfilled.
Straw note (40oz glass)
- The glass straw may not reach the very bottom, but it still sips perfectly. Every 40oz glass tumbler also includes a plastic straw that reaches the bottom.
Why liquid creeps up the straw (easy fix)
- If liquid rises when inserting the straw after securing the lid, it is air displacement. Insert the straw before sealing the lid to avoid it.
Plastic tumbler scuffing PSA
- Acrylic and plastic can pick up light surface marks from static and friction during shipping or normal use. If you are sensitive to that look, choose glass. We do not accept returns or exchanges for slight shipping scuffs.

Shipping + Returns
Orders are handmade and ship from Louisiana. Most orders process in 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 3–5 business days after shipment.
Returns are accepted on non-personalized, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items damaged in transit or defective will be replaced or refunded. Full details are available in our Policies.
What Is UV Ink?
UVDTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) printing is an advanced printing technology that allows high-resolution, full-color designs to be transferred onto various surfaces with exceptional durability. Unlike traditional printing methods, UVDTF printing utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to cure specially formulated inks, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints.
The texture you feel on the cup is the top layer of UV ink called varnish. The varnish gives the designs their glossy appearance.
Our UV prints are not stickers. Stickers are smaller, individually cut designs printed on various materials (vinyl, paper, or polyester) with an adhesive backing for easy peel-and-stick application. Stickers are remove-able, and do not last.

FAQs
What are your cups made from?
Our cups and straws are made from 100% non-toxic, lead-free borosilicate glass, a very long-lasting and sturdy material. Our lids are made from sustainably sourced, reusable bamboo.
Are the designs stickers? Will they peel off?
No, our cups are NOT made with stickers! We use UVDTF prints which are permanent, ultra-durable, and cured with UV light for a glossy, high-quality finish. The slight texture you feel is a protective varnish layer. They won't peel, fade, or rub off.
How do I care for my bamboo lid?
Because bamboo is a natural, porous material, it needs specific care. Hand wash only (no soaking), and ensure it is dried completely before sealing it back on your cup. Do not leave your lid sealed on your cup for more than 24 hours at a time, as trapped moisture without airflow can cause mold growth. (Note: Check out our acrylic lids for a dishwasher-safe, low-maintenance option!)
What is your processing and shipping time?
Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process and create your order. We ship with USPS and UPS from Louisiana, USA. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days to deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the United States and internationally! We use Global Post for international orders, which usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver. (Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes).
Can I return or exchange my cup?
We accept returns on non-used, non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. We are also happy to replace or refund any items that arrive broken in transit or appear to be defective. If you need to cancel or swap an item on a new order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order!
