General

What are your cups made from?

Our cups and straws are made from 100% borosilicate glass, a very long lasting and sturdy material. Our lids are made from Bamboo that is 100% sustainably sourced and reusable. It features a snug-fitting silicone sleeve to tightly seal in liquids and prevent any leaks, splashes, or spills.

Do you sell on other platforms?

Yes! Our cups are also available for purchase on Etsy, Amazon, and Tiktok Shop!

Cup Care

While our non personalized and non handle cup designs are dishwasher safe, for longevity and vibrancy we recommend hand washing these cups.

Please avoid using anything abrasive on them.

Please air dry your bamboo lid! Wood is porous and it's important that it has time to dry after being washed.

Shipping

What is your processing time?

Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon.-Fri.) to process and create your order! This does not include time needed for transit!

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the United States and we also ship Internationally. We currently use global post to ship internationally. This usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver!

How long does shipping take?

We ship with USPS. Single cups will go first class mail this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Cups of two or more will go priority mail, this usually takes 2-4 days to deliver! Our orders are shipping from Louisiana, USA. We currently use global post to ship internationally. This usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver!

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can click the link to track your order or you can paste your tracking number into the USPS website.

Returns

How do I return an item?

At this time we only accept returns on our non personalized items. If you need to return the item, the cost of return will need to be paid by the customer. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email (support@sipsiphooraydesign.com) us the contact form, or use our online chat option.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has delivered to us we will process your refund immediately. Please note depending on who you bank with the actual refund time can vary. For more information please contact your card provider.

Exchanges/ Cancelations

All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.
