Our cups and straws are made from 100% non-toxic, lead-free borosilicate glass, a very long lasting and sturdy material. Our lids are made from Bamboo that is 100% sustainably sourced and reusable.

While our non personalized and non handle cup designs are dishwasher safe, for longevity and vibrancy we recommend hand washing these cups.

Please avoid using anything abrasive on them. (Regular sponges are fine).

What is UV Ink?

UVDTF prints are permanent, ultra-durable, and cured with UV light for a glossy, high-quality finish. The slight texture on your cup is the varnish layer, adding shine and protection. Unlike stickers, these prints won’t peel, fade, or rub off, ensuring long-lasting designs! Our cups are NOT made from stickers.

Bamboo Lid Information: 

• While silicone bamboo lid covers are coming soon,  until then, please handle your lid with care! 
• No soaking, hand wash only! Bamboo is a natural, porous material, so dry it completely before sealing it back on your cup. Moisture + no airflow = a science experiment you did not ask for.
• Don’t leave your lid on for more than 24 hours at a time—closed containers + no airflow can cause growth (as it would in any container with a lid).

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lids that grow fuzzies—this is just how wood-based products behave if not cared for very specifically.  Check out our dishwasher-safe acrylic lids for a low maintenance option. 

All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.

At this time we only accept returns on our non-personalized items. Non-used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit or items that appear to be defective. To book a return or replacement use our Return Portal.
