Refund policy

At this time we only accept returns on our non-personalized items. Non-used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit or items that appear to be defective. To book a return or replacement use our Return Portal. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email support@sipsiphooraydesign.com

Once your return has delivered to us we will process your refund immediately. Please note depending on who you bank with the actual refund time can vary. For more information please contact your card provider.
