Orders are handmade and ship from Louisiana. Most orders process in 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 3–5 business days after shipment.
We offer free returns on non-personalized, unused items within 14 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective will be replaced or refunded with a clear photo of the damage. Full details are available in our Policies.
UVDTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) printing is an advanced printing technology that allows high-resolution, full-color designs to be transferred onto various surfaces with exceptional durability. Unlike traditional printing methods, UVDTF printing utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to cure specially formulated inks, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints.
The texture you feel on the cup is the top layer of UV ink called varnish. The varnish gives the designs their glossy appearance.
Our UV prints are not stickers. Stickers are smaller, individually cut designs printed on various materials (vinyl, paper, or polyester) with an adhesive backing for easy peel-and-stick application. Stickers are remove-able, and do not last.

Ordered for my son’s teacher for Christmas and cup came with some kind of tape I guess they forgot to take off. Left sticky residue that I had to get alcohol to remove. Not at all what I was expecting.

Our glass cups and glass straws are made from non-toxic, lead-free, premium heat-resistant glass that is long-lasting and sturdy. Our 40oz plastic tumblers are BPA-free and shatter-resistant. Our lids are made from sustainably sourced, reusable bamboo.
No, our cups are NOT made with stickers! We use UVDTF prints which are permanent, ultra-durable, and cured with UV light for a glossy, high-quality finish. The slight texture you feel is a protective varnish layer. They won't peel, fade, or rub off.
Because bamboo is a natural, porous material, it needs specific care. Hand wash only (no soaking), and ensure it is dried completely before sealing it back on your cup. Do not leave your lid sealed on your cup for more than 24 hours at a time, as trapped moisture without airflow can cause mold growth. (Note: Check out our plastic lids for a dishwasher-safe, low-maintenance option!)

Yes, we ship everywhere in the United States and internationally! We use Global Post for international orders, which usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver. (Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes).
We accept returns on non-used, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. We are also happy to replace or refund any items that arrive broken in transit or appear to be defective. If you need to cancel or swap an item on a new order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order!
