Orders are handmade and ship from Louisiana. Most orders process in 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 3–5 business days after shipment.
We offer free returns on non-personalized, unused items within 14 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective will be replaced or refunded with a clear photo of the damage. Full details are available in our Policies.

Our cups and straws are made from 100% non-toxic, lead-free borosilicate glass, a very long-lasting and sturdy material. Our lids are made from sustainably sourced, reusable bamboo.
No, our cups are NOT made with stickers! We use UVDTF prints which are permanent, ultra-durable, and cured with UV light for a glossy, high-quality finish. The slight texture you feel is a protective varnish layer. They won't peel, fade, or rub off.
Because bamboo is a natural, porous material, it needs specific care. Hand wash only (no soaking), and ensure it is dried completely before sealing it back on your cup. Do not leave your lid sealed on your cup for more than 24 hours at a time, as trapped moisture without airflow can cause mold growth. (Note: Check out our acrylic lids for a dishwasher-safe, low-maintenance option!)

Yes, we ship everywhere in the United States and internationally! We use Global Post for international orders, which usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver. (Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes).
We accept returns on non-used, non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. We are also happy to replace or refund any items that arrive broken in transit or appear to be defective. If you need to cancel or swap an item on a new order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order!
