Orders are handmade and ship from Louisiana. Most orders process in 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 3–5 business days after shipment.
We offer free returns on non-personalized, unused items within 14 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Items damaged in transit or defective will be replaced or refunded with a clear photo of the damage. Full details are available in our Policies.
UVDTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) printing is an advanced printing technology that allows high-resolution, full-color designs to be transferred onto various surfaces with exceptional durability. Unlike traditional printing methods, UVDTF printing utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to cure specially formulated inks, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints.
The texture you feel on the cup is the top layer of UV ink called varnish. The varnish gives the designs their glossy appearance.
Our UV prints are not stickers. Stickers are smaller, individually cut designs printed on various materials (vinyl, paper, or polyester) with an adhesive backing for easy peel-and-stick application. Stickers are remove-able, and do not last.

Super cute, but the stickers peeled off on the very first wash in the dishwasher. I chose this cup over others because it specifically mentioned that it was dishwasher safe, so this was really disappointing. The customer service was great though, and it was easy to get a refund (which is why I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 1).
This is my new favorite cup! The hot pink glass is gorgeous, the print on the glass is gorgeous, the glass has a nice thickness to it. I can't wait to order again!

Beautiful cup. I love that the handle actually fits my hand unlike other mugs (just don’t want my fingers scrunched while drinking my beverage).
The printed wrap is not measured correctly so there’s a large gap where the print ends. Also the straw that is sold with it is not the correct size and doesn’t reach the bottom.

5/5!!! The tumbler is adorable, it arrived quickly, and the packaging was excellent! It arrived in its own box with bubble wrap inside of a shipping box. The seller also included a straw brush and the choice of two straws (straight or curved at the mouth) inside of the box. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be ordering again!❤️

I love love love it! The pink glass is so cute with the design, and the pink straw really brings it all together. It also came with a straw cleaning brush, which is always helpful. It was well packaged and shipped fast! I am so so excited to drink my matcha in this cup during spooky season!

No, our cups are NOT made with stickers! We use UVDTF prints which are permanent, ultra-durable, and cured with UV light for a glossy, high-quality finish. The slight texture you feel is a protective varnish layer. They won't peel, fade, or rub off.
Because bamboo is a natural, porous material, it needs specific care. Hand wash only (no soaking), and ensure it is dried completely before sealing it back on your cup. Do not leave your lid sealed on your cup for more than 24 hours at a time, as trapped moisture without airflow can cause mold growth. (Note: Check out our plastic lids for a dishwasher-safe, low-maintenance option!)
