UVDTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) printing is an advanced printing technology that allows high-resolution, full-color designs to be transferred onto various surfaces with exceptional durability. Unlike traditional printing methods, UVDTF printing utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to cure specially formulated inks, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints.

The texture you feel on the cup is the top layer of UV ink called varnish. The varnish gives the designs their glossy appearance.

Our UV prints are not stickers. Stickers are smaller, individually cut designs printed on various materials (vinyl, paper, or polyester) with an adhesive backing for easy peel-and-stick application. Stickers are remove-able, and do not last.

Bamboo Lid Information: 

While silicone bamboo lid covers are coming soon,  until then, please handle your lid with care! 

-No soaking, hand wash only! Bamboo is a natural, porous material, so dry it completely before sealing it back on your cup. Moisture + no airflow = a science experiment you did not ask for.

- Don’t leave your lid on for more than 24 hours at a time—closed containers + no airflow can cause growth (as it would in any container with a lid).

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lids that grow fuzzies—this is just how wood-based products behave if not cared for very specifically.  Check out our dishwasher-safe acrylic lids for a low maintenance option  here .

PLEASE DO NOT SCRUB YOUR ITEM WITH ANYTHING POTENTIALLY ABRASIVE (Using a sponge is okay)

Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon.-Fri.) to process and create your order! This does not include time needed for transit!

Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS and UPS. Single cups will go first class mail this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Cups of two or more will go priority mail, this usually takes 2-4 days to deliver! Our orders are shipping from Louisiana, USA.

Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non personalized items. If you need to return the item, the cost of return will need to be paid by the customer. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email!

Exchanges/Cancelations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.

International Orders:
By placing an order with international shipping, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the cost of your purchase.
