Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS. Single cups will go first class mail this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Cups of two or more will go priority mail, this usually takes 2-4 days to deliver! Our orders are shipping from Louisiana, USA.
Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non personalized items. If you need to return the item, the cost of return will need to be paid by the customer. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email!
Exchanges/Cancelations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.

My daughter received the first glass for her birthday, but my husband broke it. We ordered another one which came with a broken straw (USPS DID NOT handle the fragile package well not Sip-Sip Hooray's fault) and the applique was off and I was worried with washing it that it wouldn't stay on. I contact the company and they sent us a new one and it looks just as beautiful as her original! I would recommend the company and their products.
I receieved my mugs but the straws were shattered. Contacted customer service and had no problem getting them to send out replacement straws. The mugs, by the way, are beautiful. Will order again
This was bought as gift for my MIL, and I’m really glad I looked at it before I wrapped it. I had to sit here with alcohol trying to get this adhesive off the cup. And it wasn’t just you know one spot, it was all around the decal, obviously noticeable.. I get handmade can’t be perfect, but it could’ve been cleaned up. Luckily got it all off! :) Other than that, the cup is perfect.
