Shipping Times:
We ship with USPS and UPS. Single cups will go first class mail this takes 3-5 days to deliver. Cups of two or more will go priority mail, this usually takes 2-4 days to deliver! Our orders are shipping from Louisiana, USA.
Returns and Refund Policy:
At this time we only accept returns on our non personalized items. If you need to return the item, the cost of return will need to be paid by the customer. We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order please send us an email!
Exchanges/Cancelations:
All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.
International Orders:
By placing an order with international shipping, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the cost of your purchase. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges. Thank you for your understanding!

Rooted in heart and community, Autism in My Life (Autismo en Mi Vida) is a bilingual nonprofit on a mission to spark inclusion, raise autism awareness, and uplift families.
This organization was nominated by one of our very own SSH customers and was personally vetted by our team—we’re thrilled to support their work during Autism Awareness Month this April.
Autism in My Life brings families together through free, monthly bilingual workshops and support groups designed to empower, educate, and connect.
Whether you're a parent navigating a new diagnosis or a neighbor looking to create a more inclusive world, AIML offers a welcoming space where everyone belongs. Their hands-on training (in both English and Spanish) help parents become confident advocates for their children, while monthly support meetups offer real talk, encouragement, and a true sense of community. At the heart of it all? A belief that language should never be a barrier to support, knowledge, or connection.
