We carry 32 oz tumblers, 16 oz and 20 oz glass cups, 17 oz glass mugs, 40 oz plastic tumblers, and 40 oz glass tumblers. Each style is made with durable, non-toxic materials.

Glass options are made from lead-free borosilicate glass. Plastic tumblers are BPA-free and shatter-resistant. Designs are printed with UV-cured DTF for a permanent, glossy finish that won’t peel or fade.

Most styles include a lid. Options vary by product: bamboo lids (hand-wash only) or dishwasher-safe acrylic lids. Check the individual product listing for details.

Personalization is available on select styles. If you see a “personalize” option on the product page, you can add a name or design. For custom requests, email support@sipsiphooraydesign.com.

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes can’t be made.

Yes. We ship worldwide via global post. Delivery takes 3 to 5 weeks, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

Non- used items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Hand wash with a soft sponge to keep the design vibrant. Non-personalized glass styles are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is still recommended for longevity.

Hand wash with mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and high heat (like dishwashers) to prevent warping or fading.

Hand wash only and dry completely. Do not soak or leave the lid on for more than 24 hours to avoid moisture buildup.

Glass cups and mugs are heat-resistant and safe for warm drinks. Plastic tumblers are better suited for cold or iced beverages.
